Every piece from Osten is carefully handcrafted and should be handled with care to help prevent serious damage. Silver is a soft and delicate metal, and even with proper care, surfaces will naturally develop subtle wear over time. These marks become a lasting record of the moments shared with your jewelry.

We recommend you do not exercise or swim in your jewelry. Avoiding contact with hard metals and harsh chemicals will help extend the life of your pieces.

Fresh water and hand soap is fine as long as it is thoroughly rinsed afterwards.

Light tarnish may appear on the surface of your jewelry over time. This is a natural oxidizing process for sterling silver. Please use the included polishing cloth to remove light tarnish.
