Returns are accepted only for products that are defective.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault or damage on arrival, contact us at contact@studio-osten.com within 14 days of receiving the order with photos and order details.

Approved defective returns will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Items without defects, that show normal wear, or were damaged after delivery, are not eligible for return.
